Q. What is Vision Quest’s return policy?


A. At Vision Quest we are committed to offering our customers the highest quality products. We guarantee everything we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of receipt following the instructions below:

If you are returning a digital picture:
Resend the digital file via email to Vision Quest , noting the return number in your message. Then delete the file from your hard drive.

If you are returning a book or a poster:
Please pack the item carefully in the original packing material and return it to the address printed on your packing list. All returned items must include a return number and be in good condition. Vision Quest is not responsible for incorrectly packaged items that are returned to us and we cannot provide a refund for items returned in poor condition.



Q. What should I do if my package was damaged during shipment?


A. Notify Federal Express immediately at 1-800-Go-FedEx. They will ask you for the tracking number located on your shipping label. FedEx will issue a claim number and instructions. Make sure to save the carton and all packing materials. Please send an email to Vision Quest by clicking here: or call 480•949•1888 with your claim information and remember to include your order number. Please do not return items damaged in shipment directly to Vision Quest. We cannot insure that proper credit will be issued if the above procedure is not followed.


Q. What do I do if my I open my package and my order is damaged but the packaging is not?
